1. Controller
The controller responsible for data processing on this website within the meaning of the GDPR is:
Johannes Beck Spark Entertainment
Dorfstraße 50
84051 Altheim, Germany
Email: info@spark-entertainment.de
Phone: +49 (0) 8702 4 16 97 79
2. Hosting
This website is hosted by: IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Straße 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. Where the provider processes personal data on our behalf (e.g. server log files), a data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place.
3. Collection of access data (server log files)
When you visit this website, our hosting provider automatically collects information in so-called server log files that your browser transmits. This typically includes:
- IP address of the requesting device (possibly shortened or anonymised)
- Date and time of access
- Name and URL of the file retrieved
- The website from which access was made (referrer URL)
- Browser used and, where applicable, your device's operating system
- Name of the access provider
Processing is based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, arising from our legitimate interest in ensuring a smooth and secure operation of our website. The data is automatically deleted after 8 weeks and is not merged with other data sources.
4. Contacting us
If you contact us by email or phone, we process the data you provide (e.g. name, contact details, message) solely to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (enquiry regarding a possible contract) or Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to enquiries). The data is deleted once it is no longer required for processing and no statutory retention obligations apply.
This website does not use a contact form or any analytics/tracking tools; contact is made exclusively via the channels you choose yourself (email client, phone).
5. Fonts
This website uses the typefaces "Barlow" and "Barlow Condensed". The font files are hosted locally on our server and are not loaded from an external provider (such as Google Fonts). No connection to third-party servers is made, and no IP address is transmitted to third parties when the typefaces are displayed.
6. Cookies and tracking
This website does not currently use cookies or any analytics, tracking or marketing tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Meta Pixel). Should this change, this section will be updated accordingly before implementation, and — depending on the technology used — consent will be obtained via a cookie consent tool.
7. Links to external content and social networks
This website contains links to our Instagram, Facebook and YouTube profiles. This content is not embedded (no "social plugin", no embedded video) — simply visiting this website does not establish a connection to these providers' servers. Only when you actively click such a link do you leave our website, and the respective provider's privacy policy applies:
- Instagram / Facebook (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.): facebook.com/privacy/policy
- YouTube (Google Ireland Ltd.): policies.google.com/privacy
8. Your rights as a data subject
You have the right at any time to:
- Request information about your personal data stored by us (Art. 15 GDPR)
- Request rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR)
- Request erasure of your data stored by us (Art. 17 GDPR)
- Request restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
- Data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
- Object to processing (Art. 21 GDPR)
To exercise these rights, please contact us using the details above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, e.g. the authority responsible for us: Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht, BayLDA), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany.
9. SSL/TLS encryption
This website uses SSL/TLS encryption to protect the transmission of confidential content. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the "https://" prefix and the padlock icon in your browser's address bar.
10. Currency and amendments to this privacy policy
This privacy policy is currently valid and dated October 2026. As our website evolves or as legal requirements change, it may become necessary to amend this policy.
